Michael B.Definitely has supportThis is false advertising.. THERE IS ZERO MEMORY FOAM in this support pillow. This is just springy regular open cell foam. It does place your lumbar in full arch, and I mean full... Its quite thick and it doesn't give a like a memory foam would. There is little compression or settling that occurs. As a result you sort of bounce on a car ride... It would be so much better if it did include a memory foam layer around a closed cell foam core to promote compliance and a more secure ride. It would also allow the support pillow to conform to the amount of arch that is more of a natural position rath
