Diane S.Great lift.We recently bought this lift. I was pleased I could actually talk with a knowledgeable associate. The lift was delivered quickly and was easy to put together by two people. I was pleased the lift came with the universal sling. I have used the lift several times and so far no problems. The hardest part was figuring out the sling.

Bill S.Haven't used it yet, but looks goodI haven't used the lift yet with my wife, as she is still in the nursing home. However, I have tested it on myself and moving it around the house where I will have to to care for my wife. I have had a few difficulties with it, which I will share for the benefit of other purchasers. First of all, the electrical connectors you have to plug in go in very hard. I am not as strong as I used to be, and it was all I could do to get them plugged in. Secondly, the charge plug on the charger also goes into the receptacle on the lift very hard. I thought I had it plugged in several times, but it wasn't p
