Janet A.This wheelchair is being used by my 92 year old mother. I did a lot of research on wheelchairs and seat cushions. I did not realize there was so much to it. I liked the Wheelchair.com website and the help I received from the staff. The gal that helped me was fantastic. After all my research it seemed Invacare was going to give me the best quality for the dollar and that the quality was consistent coming from the factory, that is, I could expect not to have random issues on a new chair. That has been the case.

PeppermintReturnedReturned this item. Took forever to arrive. I didnt bother to open it the box because it would have caused issues with the return. However you could tell by the box it had been previously returned perhaps even twice. The box had previously been opened, was in awful shape and written on. Had to order one elsewhere and the difference in the boxes was apparent. I made the right choice.
