Mary W.Needs a little improvementBought this as a gift for my 85 y/o mother. The packaging needs to improve since the basket was broken upon opening the box. There should be instructions on how to put it together. There was none, not even a picture for a reference. Her birthday is soon and she hasn't received or used it yet. Hopefully it will function without a defect or a mistake on my part putting it together. A little advice, this item is for a disable person. Don't take a chance and assume people know how to put it together.

Patricia S.Great lightweight rollatorEasy to fold up and light so I can tip it into the car back seat without straining my shoulders. My elderly dad who is 5'10 and 160 lbs finds it comfortable to sit in. Being able to take a break with weight off his painful knees allows him to go more places. I think we'll get him a sturdier one that weighs more for induce the house, but this is very enabling for car and walking during errands. If cost was limiting, I'd just get this one alone.
