MjelliottGreat off-road tyresBought these for my son's bike so he could try some junior cyclo-cross and practice riding off-road. They roll pretty well on tarmac, considering, but come alive in the mud. Seem robust so far and grip well. Fitting was easy, even given the steel bead. I do tend to find Schwalbe tyres on the easier end of tyres to mount. In conclusion, good tyres, especially off-road. Happy child, and happy dad/pit crew

CougarstragHaven't been able to seat the tyre yet hence PoorWas swapping this in for an old Hans Damf on a Bontrager line comp 30 front wheel. The Hans Damf was from a couple of years ago and just when straight on no issues. this is the 29 2.4 trail version. it seems to be a very very stiff tyre. It was a real pain to get on the rim and I had a real fight and had to use tyre levers. Once on I am using a Bontrager Flash charger. It goes up Ok but just wont seat properly in two places. I have tried all the tricks of taking valve out to get more air in at once, lubricated the rim with 1) soapy water 2) silicone spray 3) fairly liquid. I have left it overn
