Soft enough to be very comfortable for a long time, and firm enough to elevate me somewhat so that I can see out of my car windows better -

Both myself and my partner use this due to long work hours at a desk. It has relieved some pain in my back and hips. It is still important to get up and move around often, but this has helped relieve some pressure on the lower back in particular. I have not had any issues with feeling too hot.
