    Very good for the gun range

    I tend to be very harsh on my reviews. I also don't gush about a product upon receiving it. I wait. I've had the 4800 for almost a year now. I've heard the complaints about the latches, the pull pluck foam, and that it's not water proof, just water resistant. I'm still coordinated enough that I can handle 4 floppy latches. As for the foam I have enough sense when I pull it apart to do it carefully. I carefully put aside the foam I had pulled out and saved it for later use. If I felt that the foam I left in might tear because it was being rub when I put something in the case I glued it. If the

    The case is solidly built. It is not flimsy or wobbly at all. The plastic is thick and durable feeling. With just the foam this weighs about 9lbs or so. The hinges are very well designed and do not look like they will break. They employ a simple shaft pin through the hinge. If needed it could be replaced with a lag bolt 2 washers and a nylock nut with some thread locker to insure the hinge won't fail due to the pin falling out. However, the pins in my case's hinges are snug as a bug. The handle is wonderfully sized. It is chunky, solid and feels amazing in the hand. One thing I love is even wi
