    Received with a broken part

    Received this rollater walker in a plain brown box partially crushed. Upon opening the Carex manufacturers box, it was totally cut open and there was a broken piece lying loose in the box. We had to assemble it in order to find out where the piece went, which was to the seat. It was shipped from Walmart directly and obviously it was a defective one that had already been returned and was just packed up and sent out again. Very unhappy about this because now I have the inconvenience of returning it. The only good thing is that we can return it to any Walmart since it was shipped from them. The r

    An Overall Good Product

    The instructions were a challenge since they only use general pictures and limited words. The brakes come already put together which is nice. With the one I bought, one of the legs where you need to insert a pin and a screw-in knob can only fit in one at a time, not both. Either the pin will only fit in part way, or the screw-in knob won't go in at all. It's because the 2 pairs of holes don't exactly match up. Rather than return it, I'm going to see if I can fix it myself, but it's annoying that it left the factory like that. I also bought some velcro straps to strap the frame together when it
