    Only Acceptable for Minimal Use

    My boyfriend was in an accident last month and sustained injuries to his ankle and should that left him unable to bear weight on his feet or on crutches. Because he has no health insurance, we purchased this chair as an affordable option. It is listed as having eight inch oversized wheels, but these are only on the back, and the front wheels are hazardously small. We have taken a lot of walks, always on smooth paved areas or sidewalks, with this chair. One evening, the front tire went into a crack (deep for a crack, but by no means large) in the sidewalk, and because we didn't see it in advanc

    Great lightweight transport wheelchair!

    The only complaint I have with this chair is one of the foot rest comes off everytime I close it up. So everytime I use it I have to put the foot pedal back on only on one side. Otherwise for the money, this chair is very attractive, well made, does not look or feel cheap. I use it for my invalid mother who has cancer and is getting chemotherapy and she is VERY weak at times and 88yrs. Old. I put a cushion in the seat for comfort for her. We have a more expensive wheelchair but I could not lift it in and out of the car. This wheelchair's back folds in half and it is quite compact and fits into
