I am sorry to say I must return the wheelchair. It is just to wide for my wheelchair lift in my van. I(t just fits on the elevator. About 1/8 inch clearance. Of course evrey time it is not exactly on the lift will not work. Therefore it is just to much trouble getting it in and out of the van. The chair is really well made and I really like the way the arms swing out of the way and also the way the hand brakes are located. It also tilts very easy much better than the older chair my wife has. \It is a good chairr just a little to big for my lift.
