    Haven't used it yet, but looks good

    I haven't used the lift yet with my wife, as she is still in the nursing home. However, I have tested it on myself and moving it around the house where I will have to to care for my wife. I have had a few difficulties with it, which I will share for the benefit of other purchasers. First of all, the electrical connectors you have to plug in go in very hard. I am not as strong as I used to be, and it was all I could do to get them plugged in. Secondly, the charge plug on the charger also goes into the receptacle on the lift very hard. I thought I had it plugged in several times, but it wasn't p

    We recently bought this lift. I was pleased I could actually talk with a knowledgeable associate. The lift was delivered quickly and was easy to put together by two people. I was pleased the lift came with the universal sling. I have used the lift several times and so far no problems. The hardest part was figuring out the sling.
