The chair seems to be just as described. There is one feature that is lacking, but would be ideal for my situation and that is some type of back release that the patient, while sitting, could operate with one hand to lower and raise the back. (this now has to done with another person standing in back of the chair now, and operating two levers) It seems that by adding a single lever at the armrest could fix this , also some spring attached on the back to raise it back up when the patients leans forward and operates the lever.
