    My Walker arrived with one bent leg making it unusable. I did not know of the company replacement plan so I purchased a second walker. It arrived in one piece. I would question the support inside the packaging or lack thereof. Once I was sufficiently recovered from back surgery I phoned Carewell wishing for a refund .Instead they just shipped me a second walker........now I have 3 walkers.......2 good and one bent. Perhaps a company rep will read this and offer to refund my second walker.

    Superb (Junior 25-32.25inch) Folding Walker Without Wheels

    Extremely pleased. Well built, easy to open and close. I am 53, And its a perfect height for me at the maximum height of 32.25. I prefer a little slide on a humid day for a finished wood floor, so felt pads or even socks work great according to your floor, mobility, and safety level/comfort. If needed, you can use the base of your hand to push down on the lever to close. The Drive Universal Tray fits perfectly.
