    Nice Product NOT CLEAR

Posted by Gracie in lo on Jun 13th 2019

We use this product to wrap pens for animals in bad weather. It is OPAQUE NOT CLEAR as the box states. I can take the sheeting down fold up and use for 2 more wrappings depending on how long it is left up. Normally only 2-3 months in winter SouthEastern Oklahoma. I prefer the clear so they can gain heat from the sun and do not feel so confined.

    Black Plastic Sheeting Matters

Posted by Valerie in lo on Jun 13th 2019

This was a perfect thickness for the job we needed it for. We needed to cover some 8 ft' tall trees to try to protect them against the sub-zero weather we had in Oklahoma 2 weeks ago. We choose the black plastic because the color would help draw in some heat from any sunlight we got during the 9 days of sub-freezing temperatures. The plastic was easy to work with to wrap our trees. Unfortunately, we won't know if coving the trees kept the temperatures from killing them until spring comes and we can see if the leaves sprout. Fingers crossed!
