    Great product to clean heating

    Been having problem with the heating system for a while with boiler cutting out / rapidly cycling. Got to the stage of BG saying a PowerFlush was needed at 800 !! They had previously used Fernox F1 which hadn't solved the problem. I used 2 bottles of Sentinel X400 in our system. I shut down all radiators apart from one as we believed there was a partial blockage in a main pipe. Put the Sentinel in this radiator and ran the system through a single radiator for about 5 hours very hot. I then opened up the other radiators to allow the cleaner to circulate the whole system.     The previous occupant of my house, drained the circulating fluid, possibly because of an unexpected failure of a radiator connection. The system was simply refilled with plain water and no inhibitor added, causing the system to sludge up with rust (from the radiators). When drained, the fluid cleared from the system was half an inch thick when drained into the bath (for examination). Sentinel X400 states that it can be left in the system for up to 4 weeks, holding sludge etc in suspension. Non acidic, it can do its work for as long as necessary. Already, the house is warmer, after just 2 days.
