    Wonderful neck cream

    I been using Dr Denese hydroshield for at least 10 years, I also use the dream cream and neck cream. I will not be without the hydroshield serum. I stockpile it. I do see a dermatologist and have had dermabrasion, I also get other things such as Botox and fillers, I have botox in my neck and using this neck cream I have avoided more invasive procedures . I have zero wrinkles on my face and I credit hydroshield plus not getting sun in my face or neck. I am always asked what I use on my skin.     I wanted to love this. When i got it i used them together as instructed. The serum has a high dimethicone content, so it felt smooth like other products i use with dimethicone as a first ingredient. The retinol is far down on the list of ingredients, so be aware of that, as it does not have a very high content. An hour or so after using them both, my skin felt dry and i had to put another layer of the cream on and in the morning i woke up and my face again felt dry. I decided to try the products separately and give it more time. The serum as i stated is mostly dimethicone,(silicone) which is a
