The only thing a little fancy about this basic walker are the front wheels. It comes with two extra end caps that may be able to replace the wheels but we couldn't really see how and the instructions don't tell you. As long as you're good with the wheels, it's an excellent basic walker. Nothing fancy, but it folds flat and then rolls when folded. Very sturdy. Thank goodness I didn't need it for long, but I would not have been able to get around at all without it for a while. I highly recommend it.

Ordered this for my Mother in Law who needed it after knee surgery. It was delivered in a box that looked have been run over several times and played with by a dog then taped up by a 3 year old. The actual product was in good shape but was missing a wheel. I returned it and had another one sent. Packaging for the replacement was no better. Is there no care or pride in warehousing or shipping anything these days? Is there no standard of quality? The packaging an item is delivered in is the first impression of a company. The product this time around was delivered with all parts but will not order from this place again.

Solid, well-made affordable walker. Light-weight yet very sturdy, fits standard accessories, folds and unfolds easily. I added wheels to mine so I can use it as a rollator outside the house (swivel wheels in front, regular in back) as I could not find a rollator that was sturdy enough or tall enough at a decent price. My only issues are I wish all-terrain wheels were available for this and I wish that the lower side crossbars were even lower so the optional seat would sit closer to the ground, but that is a minor quibble. The modular design is altogether excellent - it is extremely easy to adjust height and add and remove wheels, skids and other accessories. This is so sturdy, I can even sling my cloth shopping bags on each side and walk home with my groceries. The wheels do catch on cracks and rough surfaces sometimes but ok as long as I go slow and am a little careful - and I had the same issue (usually worse) with every single rollator I tried.

Great deal - I purchased 2 for 1 compared to other reputable discount retailers. I was able to place these strategically (car, outdoors) to allow maximum mobility. Same manufacturer as majority of equipment hospital sent home with me. Hand grips definitely “grip” and work well (when dry). Recommend purchasing padded grips separately if you’re looking for a softer, less “grippy” (rough surface), or larger grips (arthritis).
