    unfortunately the product description did not say REPLACEMENT and now I can not get anyone to help me with a return. No response to the email I sent them like the sight says. Supposed to respond in 1 bus day and it has been 6. I can not use the product since it is a replacement mattress. Very misleading!

    Excellent pad, completing the healing of a bedsore

    My brother has limited mobility and was/ is very inactive and so sits and sleeps alot. Unknown to the family as he lives alone last year he developed a bedsore in the middle of his back (partially due to his curvature of the spine) and it became infected. After an ordeal in the hospital and rehab, we purchased this air pad and the area is starting to do it's final healing with the skin starting to turn from red to normal color. He says he has a bit of pain but it all but disappears once he is lying on the bed. Well worth the money.
