    DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN

Posted by Kash in revzilla on Sep 11th 2019

Great cheap little backup perch and lever, decent fit and finish all around. Broke the threads right out of the mount today when I was installing due to the metal being so cheap but what do you expect for the price. Also the pull is probably twice as stiff as the fly racing clutch lever and perch I recently broke. It gets the job done but next time I'll fork out a little extra money and get something higher quality.

Clutch lever is built upside down

Posted by Patrick in cyclegear on Sep 11th 2019

My friend got one of these as a quick replacement for his current lever and perch. We got back to his house and went to install it and realized that the thing is designed upside down. The cable slot should be on the bottom of the lever, not on the top. I've never seen a clutch lever with the slot on the top. It worked but I'd never buy one of these things. Just get a better clutch lever.
