    Sigvaris Sheer Pantyhose are Top Notch

    The Sigvaris Sheer pantyhose are a great product and should be given a try when looking for medical grade support pantyhose. The compression seems spot on and the hose are easier to don than the corresponding Jobst style. Once on they feel really good and comfortable and the large-long fit my 6'2" frame and weren't too short.

    Excellent quality but not right for me

    The 781 is top notch compression and comfort. Very worthy of the 5 star rating. The large-long I ordered had plenty of leg for my 6'2" frame. These didn't pass my definition of sheer, however. They weren't opaque, but compared to the Ames Walker AW15 product, these could improve quite a bit. I know it is tough to get the compression right with sheerness but the AW15 achieved it. If lack of sheerness isn't a dealbreaker then consider the Sigvaris 781. The were EASY to put on (more so than the comparable JOBST product), long enough, and comfy all day long.

    An adjustable waistband, please.

    I've worn pantyhose style compression stockings for 50 years. I really like how well Sigvaris Sheer pantyhose style hold up, are comfortable, and good looking. My only wish is that the waist was adjustable like the discontinued Juzo . As I've gotten older my weight hasn't gone up or hip size changed so that I would need a larger size; however, my waist size is just a bit larger.
