    The first walker we received was not functional.

    One of the wheels was broken and the spring button for that wheel-containing section was out of place and unmovable. After alerting you, we received two new wheels, but they were not helpful since the spring button was not usable. We have now received a replacement of the walker and we would be happy to write a positive response for it.

    I have been looking for a sturdy walker since I had hip surgery and this is it! Ive had to return two other brands because they felt flimsy to me. I love this one! Solid, no squeaking, rolls nice and has great hand grips.
