Great product- but tough to fit

Dont hold back when trying to fit this tape. All the guidance videos will tell you that you have to stretch the tape before trying to fit it: they aint lying. Dont hold back. This tape is stronger than you are. You will need to stretch it have a chance of fitting it on the wheel. Once in it is just about impossible to move the tape. So make sure you have the valve holes lined up and a pencil or something through both holes to ensure they stay lined up. Nevertheless, great product. -

Really great product, got sick of the Velox cloth tape shifting around and the sharp edges cutting tubes. These conti strips fit my mavic open elite rims perfectly. However, mounting them requires a bit of a trick. You need to use an old Presta valve to hold the presta tube hole in place with the presta hole of the strip. Next you need to pull on the strip from both directions when inserting around the rim so that the strip is tight and won't allow for it to shift from the valve hole.
