Weather-Resistant. The adjustable strap at the bottom of the cover provides a way to adjust the size. The loops that are around the perimeter of the bottom of the cover allow bungee cords, not included, to secure the cover in place during transport.

We did need to buy a drop hitch (our vehicle hitch is 16 inches and it was recommended for an 12-14 inches from surface to hitch) so the ram would be low enough for my mobile chair. Husband had this installed in about 30 minutes once we got the drop hitch. We are very excited about the freedom of mobility. The ramp is easily removed when not needed. Charles R.Silver Spring tilting scooter carrierThe carrier is nice looking and easy enough for me to load and unload but I am not sure if my wife (for whom it was purchased) will be able to operate it. It does have some minor (I hope) problems. It is hard to assemble and nearly impossible by myself.
