Micheline C.There is nothing wrong withThere is nothing wrong with this cane seat per say, however for me, I find it unstable due to the 3 legs design. I realize that it is meant to be used on hard surfaces only, for very short periods. I have fallen once but did not get hurt. I think a 4 legs cane chair would be a better choice for me.

I am a short person and the height of the seat in the lowest position is actually too short, so I can adjust the seat a little higher for my comfort; however the cane portion of this combo is too tall. I would like to see an adjustment feature for the length between the seat and the handle so that it is comfortable for me to use as a cane when necessary. Fortunately I can walk unassisted for now and don't need to use this as a cane. Since my need is for a sit-down rest from time to time, this is a very good option.
