ChrisDoes Walmart stand behind what they sell?This is the second Drive duet dual transport chair/Rollator Ive ordered from Walmart. I loved the first one so much I ordered another one for the lower floor using a chair lift to go between them. However, this one has a problem with one of the handles to the transport. Cannot get thru to a person at Walmart to explain the situation.. Do not want to replace the Rollator , only want a replacement part for the transport chair. We can change the part out ourselves. Would someone please contact me and explain what can be done? Anxiously awaiting your reply.

MARTHA O.NiceMy grandson came over to mount the rollator but it was already mounted when he took it out of the box. The description says red but in fact it was burgundy which is a plus for me. The bag underneath is a bigger size than before. Another plus. It has upgraded like being able to use it as a wheel chair. The wheels are larger. I only gave it 4 star because of some minor negative things. To lift the seat there's a big hole to the basket. The seat is slipery. Most of all It's heaver.
