Easy to assemble. Cracked a spoke on the right pushing wheel after trying to roll (in sitting position which puts the damaged wheel on the left) on uneven pavement, and tipping over to the side. Noticed the damage when I was pushing it while walking and saw said wheel wobbling. Aside from that it still rolls smooth and I use it to help exercise. If stationary PLEASE LOCK BOTH WHEELS to avoid “going for a ride you don’t want”. Good product. Going to see if its worth using the insurance for the damage. But I am ok. -
Best Buy - Don't even consider Medicare RX

I purchased this unit for a loved one with Mobility issues, great buy! The price was right, it works well, it holds up to 350 pounds. If you are Medicare Eligible, forget it! The Medical Supply stores who offer Medicare Eligible Devices are a rip off. We found that their offerings are about 1/2 of the quality of this devise, then it gets better! They will tell you Medicare does not pay enough, so you still have to contribute an additional $65.00 'upgrade' to the real value of their unit that carries about 200 pounds vs. the 350 pounds this unit will handle - this this total unit cost $75.00 without any Medicare assistance or RX - go figure, these outfits are hammering Medicare and they don't even know it! -
Poor construction and customer service

Poor choice. Brakes lasted about a month. Seat very uncomfortable. Wheels were wobbly. I Don’t weigh near the weight limit but leg collapsed inward and threw me to the concrete. Fell on shoulder-still in pain- can’t lift anything with that arm. Muscle spasms in neck area. Tried contacting company when brakes quit but still have not gotten a call back. -
Purchased for my mom

My mom has always been an avid walker. As she's aged, there's been some balance issues along with degenerative disk disorder. Her back Dr recommended a walker. In talking with her physical therapist, he said not to get one of those fully upright ones. He actually recommended that I get an inexpensive one OTC at Walmart. He said to get a rugged one for outdoor use. I found this one quickly online, showed him, and he said yes, it looks good. I ordered it and had it in less than a week. Most importantly, my mom loves it! She mostly uses it outside of the house, taking it to the park. We even went to a state park with dirt and rock/pebble trails and it held up fine. It has a seat that she uses. She's only 130 lbs and it holds her just fine. She uses the little compartment for her fanny pack. I only wish it could fold up fully and easily. Right now it barely folds up at all. Another thing it lacks is a drink holder. She had her water cup with her at the St. park and the water got everywhere. It would be nice to have a place to conveniently hold ones water. Overall, we're both really happy with this purchase. It gives us both peace of mind for my mom to continue her daily walks.
