Joanna M.They need to communicate within their company better.I ordered this a week before my hubbys surgery. I accidentally didnt read all the words and saw the base was separate, thats on me. The first top came with only the bar. When the base arrived,the packing slip for it was attached to 20 hemostats, no base. Hemostats and pole sent back, finally, new trapeze bar comes, then a couple days later the base.. this is a week and a half AFTER my hubbys surgery. Then lo and behold. Another trapeze arrives, really??? They did respond to emails, but each exchange took a couple of days. They did have a lady call me, but it took quite a bit for her to underst
