HannahVery pleased!This super light Aluminum rollator folding rolling walker does everything it promises. You have to assemble the walker, Good instructions are provided.. The folding rolling walker is simple to fold and close to carry and store.. I am a small person and I can do this. The seat is comfortable. I use my walker at home and outside the home. The Walker with care can negotiate the doorways without damaging the door frames, etc. This is the second walker i have tried and I am keeping this one. I think the price is okay for value received.. Ryan B.You sent me a productYou sent me a product that was damaged and a part missing. And not what I ordered. I could have accepted a comparable rollator. the one you sent is over sized, 30" wide. It will not pass through the doors in my house. The one I ordered is 25" wide. I have been told I can only exchange this product for another same model, which I can not use. Why do you refuse to make this right?
